Wakeboard Job – Costa Rica

I have been living in Paradise for many years now, surfing, and wakeboarding for a living; I am starting to feel guilty and want to share this experience with others.

This experience would be like a working vacation, with opportunity to wakeboard, surf and teach, and a shot at becoming a partner in PACR.

Living expenses

Super affordable lodging, $400 plus food. The Cabins sleep 4, if 3 more peps came with would be $100 each.

What you can make is up to how many clients we have, how many want lessons and what you can bring to the business.

Many are interested in the opportunity, I will take the time to review them to make sure, they know what this experience includes.

I have been running the business solo for 4 years and just added a new branch to the business, Paradise Adventures Surf House.

I can manage the 2 fine, as tourism is down over 40% at the moment, but I want to be ready for when it comes back. I am starting to feel the effect of my constant marketing and feel strongly that this business will succeed, especially with the help from the wakeboarding community.

Having a partner will benefit the business, 2 heads are better then one.

I have the male department covered, and find some customers prefer a female’s touch.
This does not close the doors on males; I just prefer to give a female the opportunity.

Pay

I would pay a percentage based on the investment to the business.

Investment

Investment can be in funds, or equipment, anything that has a value to the business. I would base the investment on the value of the business and pay from that.

Lodging and food

Lodging, food and extras are your responsibility, but I do have great connections and living here cost next to nothing.

Promises

You control your income; I cannot promise you extreme amounts of money.

I can promise you an amazing experience in Paradise, a life many dream off, it is real; I have been living it for over 9 years now.

In a nut shell

I am looking for someone to help take PACR to a new level, the details would be worked out to suit all parties involved.
Pura Vida, Jonny
