Wake Awards – Orlando Florida

Awards will take place August 20th This year Oakley kicked it up a notch for the 2009 Move of the year award.

 

New to this years 2009 wake awards is a female move of the year award, its about time, you ladies have been tearing it up there, kudos to you all, its nice to see a larger female presence on the wakeboard and wakeskate scene these days.

 

Prize valued at $3500 each.

Winners of the wakeboard and wakeskate segment will all receive a bad ass engraved, Oakley Minute Machine, Diamond dial addition at that. Good job Oakley, keeping riders motivated to go bigger and better all the time.

On top of a sick watch, some pocket cash will put an even bigger smile on these years’ prize winners.

 

Lets not forget about the ladies and there commitment to laying it down this year as well. Oakley is happy to reward the winner of women’s move of the year an engraved Oakley Holeshot, Three-Hand Small Diamond Editions, and a wod of cash.

 

Let’s give Oakley, Matty Swanson and Jack Blodgett a big whoyah… for their support in this award.

 

The move of the year award is now known as one of the most successful achievements in all of wakesports.
